If you are experiencing physical or emotional symptoms — or both — there may be “stuck” emotions or energetic blocks in the body and subconscious mind. The Emotion Code and Body Code are powerful methods of releasing these blockages to allow for efficient healing.
Any time you’ve had an emotional experience throughout your life, if those feelings did not have a chance to be fully expressed or processed, they can become trapped in the body. These trapped emotions can even begin while you are in utero, and can be passed down from ancestors via epigenetics and transgenerational trauma.
We are able to identify and release stuck energetic blocks such as lingering energy from past infections (parasites, bacteria, viruses, etc.), energetic food and environmental intolerances, ancestral illness, structural misalignments, negative subconscious beliefs and more.

Meditation and illness
Meditation also might help if you have a medical condition. This is most often true if you have a condition that stress makes worse.
A lot of research shows that meditation is good for health. But some experts believe there's not enough research to prove that meditation helps.
With that in mind, some research suggests that meditation may help people manage symptoms of conditions such as:

Hypnosis, also called hypnotherapy, is a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration. It’s a type of mind-body medicine.
A trained and certified hypnotist or hypnotherapist guides you into this deep state of focus and relaxation with verbal cues, repetition and imagery. When you’re under hypnosis, this intense level of concentration and focus allows you to ignore ordinary distractions and be more open to guided suggestions to make changes to improve your health.
An ice bath, or cold water immersion (CWI), is a type of cold water therapy that involves immersing your body in ice water for about 5-15 minutes.1 It's a type of cryotherapy, which is exposing your body to very cold temperatures for a short period of time.
People have used ice baths for centuries because of their therapeutic health benefits. Ice baths may help reduce muscle soreness, reduce pain, and improve mood.
When you take an ice bath, the cold water reduces your body and skin temperature. This change in temperature narrows your skin's blood vessels and moves blood to your core as your body tries to stay warm. When you get out of an ice bath, your blood vessels expand and pump the oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood back to your body's tissues, including your muscles. This process may help reduce inflammation that can cause pain and muscle soreness.
